This weekly one on one workshop series is uniquely designed for you to explore and demystify the fundamentals of how you process energy management. Each 60-minute session (via Zoom) builds upon the last, creating a comprehensive toolkit for energy awareness and mastery:

  • Grounding and Centering Techniques:

    Grounding is a practice that helps you connect to the present moment and feel more balanced, stable. Centering is the practice of bringing your awareness inward to achieve a sense of balance, alignment, and calmness. It involves reconnecting with your core self—your inner "center"—and focusing your energy, thoughts, and emotions in a way that feels stable and harmonious. Learning how to anchor our energy to the Earth for stability and resilience in times of change or stress.

  • Boundaries - Energy Hygiene:

    Exploring methods to cleanse and protect our energy fields from negativity or draining influences.

  • Belief systems:

    Belief systems are the frameworks through which we interpret and navigate life. Shaped by experiences, culture, and conditioning, they influence our thoughts, actions, and reality.

  • Projections and Buy-ins:

    Projections are when we project our feelings onto others, while buy-ins happen when we take on others’ energy or beliefs as our own. Awareness of these patterns helps us stay true to ourselves.

  • Clearing and Releasing Stuck Energy:

    Now that we have recognized the various types of energy we hold, it is time to learn how to release what no longer serves us. Releasing non-beneficial energy allows us to create space for renewal, clarity, and alignment. We can gently clear away stagnation and invite in a state of balance and flow.

  • Owning your Energy:

    Owning your energy means recognizing that your thoughts, emotions, and actions are your responsibility. By staying grounded and aligned, you reclaim your power, set healthy boundaries, and live authentically.

After our six-week journey, expect to feel renewed, balanced, more present and calm in your daily life.

  • Reality Templates:

    Recognize how you create and operate in your reality. Why? in context to how YOU are shaped by experiences, culture, and conditioning, they influence our thoughts and actions. Upgrade your templates.

  • Energetic transference:

    Becoming aware of the unspoken emotions or frequencies communicated as expectations and the silent agreements formed through past experiences, conditioning or soul memory. All of this affects our automatic patterning. Awareness of these patterns helps us release, rewrite or transform them for aligned actions.

  • Energetic Alchemy:

    Now that we have recognized the various types of energy we hold, it is time to learn how to release what no longer serves us.
